Wanting to have a dessert on hand that the children would enjoy for Thanksgiving (many do not like pumpkin or pecan pie), I used this turkey-shaped cookie cutter for cut-out sugar cookies that I baked and then decorated for the Thanksgiving dessert table. All the cookies were eaten....by children as well as the adults. I liked the size of the cookie that this cutter made, because it was so easy to decorate.I'm sure I'll be using it many years for making cookies in the traditional symbol of Thanksgiving.
