I like enameled cookie cutters because they are sturdier and don't rust, but the dough tends to stick in the claws of this one. Hard to get the cookies out without maiming them. Also, make sure to use chilled dough or else the cookies spread while baking so that you can't tell they are supposed to be lobsters.
