The amazing smile I get and the way my son's face lights up with excitement and joy when I present him with a heart shaped sandwich instead of your plain ol' every day squares or triangles makes this product worth a million bucks in my opinion.For people who are so concerned with wasting (or *gasp*, eating) the scraps left behind that they don't care that it may bring joy to their child, this product is probably not for you.

I ordered the heart cutter and received the puzzle instead. My daughter thought the puzzle was cool, so we kept it. It went through the dishwasher with no problem & cut through her turkey sandwich just as it should. VERY cute little sandwich pieces, although it wasted a lot of bread (it's smaller than it looks in the pic).

Please Note: This is my second attempt to review the above product. Either someone at Amazon didn't like my flippant remarks in my first review and sent my review packing, or there was a glitch in cyberspace that sent my review packing. Anyway, my Amazon homepage is prompting me to review this product, so what the heck...I will try again. I mean, how can I not share with the public info that can possibly influence their purchasing decisions, and how can I not share with the public a smartass review title?! Here is my non-exact, verbose reproduction of the first MIA review:Wastes a good portion of sandwich (think about the area outside of the heart here- it's suprising how much of the sandwich that is deemed boring and uncool-mommized is left over), therefore, this product is a waste of money. Well, can't someone else in the household eat the scraps, you ask? Well, yes, but only one individual did so, and she quickly got weary of consuming sandwich scraps that reminded her of her past, glorious vegan days and of grubby, brightly lit preschool classrooms. So that individual got rid of the above product,and composed this somewhat less flippant review, as well as a previous, more flippant one.Another Please Note(10/21/11): Please see my comments attached to ChelseaH18's review...thanks.
